BODY BASED COACHING in dance and movement

Course description
Body based coaching is dance movement individual or group work in which we focus on connecting to and working with the client's body. The practice is suitable for complete beginners. We build sensitivity, strength, flexibility, endurance in the body. We improve its overall functionality, revitalizing its senses and perception, sense of time, space, rhythm, composition and its own movement language. We address strength, clarity, play and spontaneity. Good physical communication in movement reduces the amount of adrenaline in the body, rigidity, stored aggression or apathy. We activate the body, release blocks in it, and increase its ability to express itself. Dance and movement contribute significantly to the connection between mind, body and soul.
The session begins with a short talk, then we move on to movement, focused body work, and exploring and expanding our own physicality.
We use bodywork, breath and voice work, a somatic approach, exercises from physical theatre, action theatre, new dance and more. In sessions we focus on your specific needs.
