• complete an accredited course leading to a qualification in the field of “Odborník na permanentní make-up” (code 69-032-M) and successfully pass the NSK (Národní soustava kvalifikací) exam;
• or confirm at least one year of professional experience (e.g., through references from employers, contracts, sole proprietorship certificates from other countries);
• or provide a diploma, certificate, or retraining certificate recognized in the Czech Republic.
Without one of these grounds, the license can only be obtained through a guarantor — a qualified specialist who takes responsibility for your work.
