Morning yoga is offered as an online course, but the lessons are not specifically designed to build on one another, so you can also sign up for individual sessions.
You will receive a recording of each lesson that is valid for the entire duration of the course.
Course dates: April 10 – June 26, 2026 – 8 lessons total (no lessons on April 24, May 1, May 8, and May 29).
Payment for the entire course is preferred and therefore offers a discount.
