Henna Helena

I specialize in natural henna and jagua body art. Henna stains the skin brown and jagua blue and both last for 1-2 weeks on average. I can create designs in the classic style inspired by Indian and Arabic motifs, but also offer a wide variety of original designs tailored to clients’ wishes, for example to match the theme of an event.

I offer both individual and group sessions — from small designs to large ones. For those contemplating getting a real tattoo, jagua provides a good visualisation. You can hire my services for festivals, corporate events, and private celebrations, too.

In my work, I combine aesthetics, craftsmanship, knowledge of historical context and above all, personal approach. The adornment brings joy but also provides a moment of calm and relaxation for the clients.

You can visit me once a week at the Henna Office (Senovážné náměstí in the center of Pragu); on other days we can meet at Café Spirit in Žižkov or at another location of your choice.

I have been the holder of the international ICNHA certificate (International Certificate for Natural Henna Arts), awarded to artists working exclusively with natural henna, since 2023. This means I mix my own henna paste, making sure it is both safe, fragrant and resulting in a good stain.
