We offer 2 types of training:
1) H.E.A.T. – group treadmill walkingInstructor-led group classes focused on fat burning, improving endurance, and relieving stress. The intensity is tailored to the participants — from beginners to advanced. We offer different types of sessions: fat-burning, antistress, relaxing, conditioning, and interval workouts. Heart rate varies between 50–90% of maximum depending on the session type.
2) Gym – spacious two-level fitness areaOur gym is a large, well-equipped space spread across two floors:
- The ground floor features classic strength-training machines for all major muscle groups.
- The upper floor is a cardio zone with treadmills, stationary bikes, and several types of elliptical trainers.
- There's also a bodyweight resistance machine, ideal for functional full-body training.
The space suits both beginners and advanced athletes.
You can train independently or with a personal trainer.
