Want to start practicing yoga but not sure where to begin?

Have you taken a few classes but still feel like you’re a beginner?

Are you looking for a yoga practice where the pace is tailored to you and where you’ll receive clear, step-by-step guidance?

Then you’ve come to the right place!

This course is a safe and systematic space for anyone who wants to build a solid foundation and feel confident in their practice. Through regularity and gradual progress, you’ll discover not only the joy of movement but also greater stability, strength, and a natural sense of calm.

The classes are designed so that you don’t have to compare yourself to anyone else.

You won’t feel like you’re falling behind—or that you’re treading water.

We will gradually focus on:

  • developing flexibility and strength throughout the entire body
  • correct and safe execution of basic poses
  • their easier and more challenging variations
  • understanding how each pose affects the body

The goal is not to “master complex poses,” but to feel confident, stable, and comfortable in your body.

The course is suitable for complete beginners as well as for those who want to return to the basics and refine their technique.

The course consists of 10 lessons, running from April 9 to June 18, 2026 (no class on April 30) + the option of 2 make-up sessions.
